An operational diagnosis analyses:
- External constraints (market, competition, legislation, unions, ...) that impede company growth.
- Organisation's capacity to perform a Lean transformation
- Organisation's improvement potential
It also includes a two-year improvement plan to implement for a successful Lean transformation
Objectives:
- Estimate improvement potential and define organisation objectives.
- Edit an improvement plan aligned with Top Management objectives and priorities.
Added Value:
Design a relevant and consistent improvement approach.
How:
The diagnosis lasts 1 to 3 weeks. It is performed on-site, with your teams, from operator to top management. It involves interviews, data collection, analysis and workplace observations (shopfloor and offices).
We analyse:
- External business constraints (market, competition, legislation, unions, ...) that impede organisation growth.
- The organisation's capacity to change and the availability of the necessary pre-requisites to begin a Lean transformation.
- Improvement potential valued on Safety, Quality/Service, Costs, Delivery and also Turnover. The diagnosis gives two-year objectives and defines an improvement plan to reach those targets.
